SIZING, SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping:

Allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Shirts are produced using the highest quality products and every order is hand packaged to insure every shirt is perfect. Orders are shipped USPS priority mail.

Size Charts:

Men's/Unisex run true to Men's sizing, ladies run small (think juniors and they are meant to fit close to the body.) it is recommended you order a size up from your normal size or order unisex for a more accurate fit. See charts below:

Returns:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for an exchange or refund (shipping not included). All returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Return shipping must include a tracking number emailed, along with your name, to truecrimeclothing@gmail.com at the time of shipping. You are responsible for return shipping.

If the item is defected, please email truecrimeclothing@gmail.com first to receive different shipping instructions.

If you're asking for an exchange, we'll send your replacement item(s) at no charge. If the item(s) you request is not available when the return is processed, we will issue you a refund.

All returned items must be in the original condition you received them in. Sorry, we do not accept washed items. If a washed item is returned, we’ll have to refuse it and send it back.

 

International Shipping Policy: 

International packages are subject to customs/duties charges. True Crime Clothing is not responsible for these charges. These costs are determined by your local customs office, and cannot be determined ahead of time by True Crime Clothing. We do try to minimize these charges for you by listing the wholesale value of the order on the commercial invoice. This provides the customs agents with a true, legal value, while minimizing the costs for you. However, we cannot mark international orders as a “gift” to bypass/reduce any of these charges. This is an illegal practice, and something we will not do as an established business.
